Halloween
Carnival
The Halloween Carnival at the McPherson Community Building has been a long standing tradition for well over 30 years. It has provided the kids of McPherson a safe and fun place to enjoy games, win prizes, and show off their costumes. The Beta Sigma Phi sorority did an amazing job of building this event into what it is today and the McPherson Optimist Club will keep the party rolling as we take the reins in 2022.
The kids can play games like, football toss, rubber duck pull, fishing, cornhole, a cake walk, bottle knock-down, and much more! We also have costume contests for various age groups as well as meal deals for the hungry families.
We rely heavily on volunteers to make the carnival run smoothly and ensure families can enjoy a fun evening without breaking the bank. Entry is free and we work hard to keep the tickets for our carnival games as cheap as possible, but prizes are flying in an everyone’s a winner atmosphere.
